Gearing Up for Careers

This summer, as part of our Gearing Up for Careers program 💼, we had the privilege of working with our young men who gained hands-on experience while giving back to their community. They dedicated their time and energy to beautifying the John Muir High School campus—cleaning 🧼, organizing, and making improvements that made a visible and lasting impact. Their hard work not only enhanced the school environment, but also helped them develop practical skills, a strong work ethic, and a sense of pride in making a difference.

We’d also like to give a special shout-out 📣 to Victor Espinosa, who had the opportunity to work with Electro Construction. Through hands-on training, he gained valuable experience that will serve him well in the next stages of his career and personal development.
