MPYD Welcomes Our CEO and Founder: Mr. Tecumseh Shackelford

Greetings, Friends and Family! ⭐️🎉

We were honored to welcome an incredible guest speaker to MPYD this week, our Founder & CEO, Mr. Tecumseh “Shack” Shackelford.

Mr. Shackelford spoke with our young men about his journey, the experiences that have shaped him, and the importance of continuing to push forward even when things don’t go as planned. 💯🚀 As the founder of MPYD, he shared how he began the program in response to a growing need for young men in the community to have positive guidance, mentorship, and support to help keep them on the right track. 🙌🏽⭐️ He reminded our students about the importance of having purpose, taking chances, learning from mistakes, and creating opportunities for themselves and others. 📚💪🏽 He also encouraged them to stay focused on their goals, remain resilient through challenges, and understand that success is built through consistency, perseverance, and a willingness to keep learning. 🌟🏆 By sharing lessons from both his successes and setbacks, Mr. Shackelford inspired our young men to believe in themselves, embrace growth, and pursue their dreams with confidence and determination. 🔑✨
