MPYD Welcomes: Ron Carter

Mr. Carter spoke to our young men about “Becoming the Leaders You’re Meant to Be.” 💪🏽 He expressed how proud he was to see so many of our young men eager to listen and learn. He shared that they are already ahead simply by being present and engaged. Mr. Carter talked about starting his own company 24 years ago because he wanted to work for himself — and nearly a quarter-century later, he’s still doing what he loves. He reminded our young men that life will always bring challenges, but as long as they keep looking toward the future, things will continue to get better. 🌟
