MPYD Welcomes: Mr. Pierre Le Veaux, Mr. Tyle Gilmore, and Ms. Aisha Deal

This week, MPYD had the pleasure of welcoming three incredible guest speakers who shared their experiences, knowledge, and valuable life lessons with our young men! 🙌🏽✨

Pierre Le Veaux spoke to our young men about his upbringing in Long Beach, a city similar to Pasadena, and his journey to working on Wall Street 💼. He introduced them to the world of private equity, providing insight into the financial industry and opening their eyes to career opportunities they may not have considered before.

Tyler Gilmore, one of MPYD’s board members 🎓 and a John Muir High School alumnus, shared his journey from high school to becoming the man he is today. His story reminded our young men of the importance of growth, perseverance, and making the most of the opportunities available to them.

Aisha Deal, a radio personality 🎙️ and podcast host, spoke with our young men about understanding their emotions and learning how to navigate difficult feelings. She emphasized that real men cry and that it is okay to be vulnerable, reminding them that expressing their emotions is a sign of strength, not weakness. ❤️
