Week of 09/08-09/12

We had the privilege of welcoming our new Managing Director, Jonathan Stephens, as a guest speaker for our young men. In addition, we also took a field trip to the Pasadena Courthouse 🏛️.

Jonathan shared his story about growing up in Pasadena, his experiences as a student at Muir, and his journey through football 🏈 and into college 🎓. He reminded our young men that once they reach college, their success is entirely in their own hands, encouraging them not to take high school lightly.

The field trip to the Pasadena Courthouse was an incredible experience 🙌. Our young men had the chance to engage with Black lawyers, judges, and attorneys ⚖️ who took the time to answer their questions and share valuable advice. We are truly grateful for this opportunity, as experiences like this are not always accessible to our young men 🌟.
